Header and trailer record
20.3.3.1
Each data transfer file must contain a Header Record and a Trailer Record. The Header Record provides information about the source of the file and the date the file was generated. The Trailer Record provides information about the contents of the file including a count of the number of Records the file contains and some information about the processing order for the file.
